Delivery

We send out with Royal Mail using First Class Signed For. Please note, this may require a signature. We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next following working day.

Our delivery charge for 1 item is £ 4.99. We will charge an additional £ 0.50 pence per extra item.

If you prefer to collect from our shop in Heydon, please contact us on moochimodo@yahoo.com so we can arrange this. This method is of course free of charge.

What if my order is late? If your order is late, we can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.

Returns & exchanges

Thank you for your order, we are sorry if you are not happy.

We inspect all items before we send out deliveries in an attempt to reduce disappointment. However, if your item has arrived damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, along with a photograph of the damage. After this time we are unable to be held responsible for any damage.

We describe our items to the best of our knowledge and all sizes are approximate measurements. However, if your order is not what you expected it to be, please contact moochimodo@yahoo.com within 7 days so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Please note, we are unable to exchange or refund if the item has been used. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non refundable and you are required to pay for the return postage.
